This is an old cartoon series from a time when shows still have a good standard of morality. This series, which is available for you to watch below, was designed to introduce children to the Lord. Though this is not biblically accurate, as you will see from the pilot of the series, it is really close. Therefore, I suggest using this to make people interested in bible stories and characters, then thoroughly study the bible for biblical accuracy.
Introduction
The show was originally made in Japan by Tatsunoko Productions that was later re-adapted by CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network) ready to be viewed by the world.
Plot
A group of kids, that are playing in the woods, ran into a house when they are fleeing from a thunderstorm. Having no choice, they entered and looked around the house when they encountered a solar charging robot and its maker, a scientist, who has also invented the time machine that does not work. The professor said that it was due to a lack of power, so he used Benjamin Franklin’s idea to acquire the electricity of lightning to power his time machine. The lightning, however, has more power than he expected, and so the machine exploded. The robot acquired some excess power and became drunk with power, and much like most drunk people who feel supremacy, it went on a rampage, trashing some equipment along the way, ramming on a panel, and transferring the energy it has to the time machine, activating it. The house then levitated and time traveled to the time when advent people are longing for the savior and Jesus is yet to be born. The children and the robot go on adventures, meeting bible characters, while the professor stays to fix the time machine because the time machine kept on malfunctioning.
Will they ever go back to their own time? Let us watch and find out…
